Ингредиенты
- овсяные хлопья – 2 ст. л.;
- 1 ч. л. меда;
- 0,5 ч. л. пищевой соды.
Готовим средство:
- Хлопья смолоть в муку. В пропорции на 1 ст. л. овсяной сухой массы – 0,5 ч. л. пищевой соды и 1 ч. л. жидкого меда приготовить смесь.
- На чистую кожу лица, шеи (для всего тела пропорции увеличить) круговыми втирающими движениями наносить скраб на нужные участки кожи, обходя границы возле глаз.
- Процедуры проводят не более двух раз в неделю.
- После очистительных мероприятий средство аккуратно снимают мокрой салфеткой, а кожу протирают тоником или лосьоном.
Ванильный скраб для тела
Такой полезный и эффективный пиллинг для тела из овсянки нужно попробовать обладателям сухой, утратившей упругость шелушащейся кожи. Нежный аромат ванили сделает процедуру приятной, а кожа будет излучать нежный аромат.
Ингредиенты
- 0,75 стакана овса;
- 0,75 стакана коричневого сахара;
- 0,5 стакана масла кокоса;
- 0,25 стакана оливкового масла;
- не полный стакан обычного сахара;
- 1 ч. л. корицы;
- 1 ч. л. ванильного экстракта.
Готовим средство:
- В кофемолке измельчить овес. Оставить не просеянную муку грубой текстуры.
- Масло кокоса слегка нагреть, чтобы стало жидким. Остудить.
- Добавить все ингредиенты. Перемешать.
- Разложить по баночкам. Хранить в холодильнике до 3 месяцев.
- Использовать 2-3 раза в неделю для всего тела перед водными процедурами.
Для такого средства не подойдет овсяная пудра, так как для эффективного очищения верхнего слоя кожи необходимы грубые частицы, оставшиеся после измельчения овса. Пудра хорошо работает только в составах масок или как дополнительный компонент в уже готовые средства по уходу за кожей или волосами.
Скраб для чувствительной кожи
Используемый для лица овсяный скраб должны быть более нежной текстуры, чем тот, который используют для тела. Поэтому в его состав входит овсяная мука мелкого помола.
Ингредиенты
- 2 ст. л. овсянки;
- 2 ст. л. коричневого сахара;
- 1 ч. л. меда;
- 1 ч. л. плотных сливок;
- 2 капли ладана;
- 2 капли эфирного масла герани;
- 1 капля лавандового масла.
Готовим средство:
- Овсянку и сахар пропустить в кофемолке.
- Добавить все остальные ингредиенты. Перемешать.
- Немного скраба нанести на чистое лицо и круговыми движениями промассировать все лицо, обходя участки возле глаз.
- Оставить состав на 10 минут.
- Смыть теплой водой и высушить.
- Процедуру можно проводить 2-3 раза в неделю, при условии, если нет побочной реакции – покраснения, высыпаний.
- Оставшееся средство можно хранить в холодильнике несколько дней.
