Патологическое заболевание, при котором поражается слизистая желудка и 12-типерстной кишки с дальнейшим развитием в этих органах воспалительных и дистрофических процессов, называется гастритом. В терапевтический комплекс с целью снижения болевой и дальнейшей разрушительной симптоматики, врачи приписывают больному специальную диету, в которую обязательно включается и овсянка при гастрите.
Основными причинами этого недуга считают поражение бактерией Хеликобактер (Helicobacter pylori ). Но врачи не перестают настаивать на том, что и обычные пагубные привычки также могут стать его причиной: курение, не правильное питание, алкоголь, рефлюкс.
Лечебное действие
Одним из терапевтических мероприятий, направленных на нейтрализацию болезненных симптомов, является щадящая диета. В нее включаются продукты, которые очень деликатно соприкасаются со слизистой. Овсяная каша при данном заболевании рекомендуется диетологами по многим причинам:
- Убирает чувство голода, что очень важно при гастрите с обильным выделением желудочного сока.
- Вяжущая консистенция снижает болевой синдром в период обострения недуга, а также предупреждает его.
- Аминокислотный и витаминный состав в овсяном злаке наделяет готовое блюдо свойством, схожим с антидепрессантом. Снижается вероятность рецидива при психических срывах.
- Способствует регенерации поврежденной слизистой.
Гастроэнтерологи советуют включать овсяное блюдо на завтрак, чтобы завести пищеварительные и энергетические механизмы, а также подготовить защитный слой для прохождения более грубой пищи.
При выборе овсяных продуктов для больных гастритом, предпочтение необходимо отдавать цельнозерновой овсянке, в которой больше пользы. Она не раздражает желудок, но время ее варки иногда достигает нескольких часов. Также можно включать в рацион хлопья из овсяной крупы. Но предпочтение стоит отдавать только тем, которые имеют время варки не меньше 20 минут.
Рекомендации употребления при гастрите
На вопрос, можно ли употреблять овсянку при гастрите с повышенной кислотностью, гастроэнтерологи дают положительный ответ. Но также врачи советуют придерживаться некоторых рекомендаций:
- Каша овсяная не густая рекомендована врачами, особенно при недуге с повышенной кислотностью желудочного сока.
- При наблюдении ремиссии можно варить кашу на не жирном молоке в пропорции 1:1 разбавленным водой.
- Готовое блюдо должно иметь жидкую консистенцию, чтобы деликатно обволакивать слизистую. При получении густой массы, ее можно измельчить.
- Необходимо употреблять блюдо теплым.
- Этот продукт допустим при включении его в утреннее, дневное и вечернее меню.
- При обострении не стоит добавлять в готовое блюдо сахар, сливочное масло и соль.
Как правильно готовить
Одними из полезных при данном виде заболевания является Геркулес, который при гастрите часто используют пациенты. Крупа, из которой он готовится, высшего сорта, проходит несколько этапов обработки, которые не влияют на его состав, он практически остается целым и не теряется при варке.
Стандартная каша при гастроэнтерологических недугах готовится на основе воды при острой форме и молока с жирностью не более 2,5%, разбавленного в равных частях с водой, при обычном течении заболевания.
Ингредиенты
- 1 стакан крупы (хлопьев) Геркулеса;
- 600 мл воды или молока (1:1 с водой);
- на кончике ножа соль;
- 0,5 ч. л. сахара;
- 1 ч. л. сливочного масла.
Соль и сливочное масло – только в стадии стойкой ремиссии.
Способ готовки
- Овсянку промыть от мусора и залить водой на 6 часов (на ночь).
- Снова промыть. Залить водой.
- Вскипятить. Варить 40 минут.
Если куплены хлопья крупного помола, их следует варить 15 минут, среднего помола – 8 минут, мелкого – 2 минуты, цельное зерно – 40 минут с момента закипания.
Также врачи рекомендуют полностью выполнять все предписанные лечащим врачом терапевтические мероприятия.
